Due to the time limits and distance trainers’ team was holding constant skype/jit.si/zoom/messenger meeting to prepare and plan the best possible training program for the participants coming to the first mobility of PERFORMATOR.
The aims of the training were:
- Raising the youth workers’ competences in working on gender topics;
- Increasing the international dimension to gender-related topics;
- Introducing the Forum Theatre as a tool of non-formal education;
- Discussing the plans for fellowship activity;
This activity will help the educators/youth workers to gain the needed competencies is preparing the participants for future steps.

In order to create the structure and the guidelines for quality youth work in the field of Gender Equality, applying in it new tools, as the Forum Theatre techniques, a Kick-Off Meeting took place in Tbilisi, Georgia, on the 21st and 22nd of January 2020. It aimed to go through the project, its aims and objectives, creating the time frame for all the stages, organizing the action plan and distributing responsibilities.
